BbKRT has a target to excel at everything, including hospitality.
Catering for 100 premium guests per round, plus Team staff, there are in fact two units, the first being the hospitality unit itself and the second, the kitchen and meeting rooms, both solar powered.
Taking just one hour to place and level using onboard hydraulics, the main unit expands to reveal a 45-seat guest top deck plus a terrace for a maximum of 24 people. An “all weather” solution, both units are air conditioned and heated and will attend all eleven European racing rounds in 2025 having already been used at each of the BbKRT Winter tests.
Welcoming bimota and BbKRT VIP guests, the hospitality can also be accessed by race fans via team partners Pole Position, GP Action and Grandstand Motor Sports. Staffed by two Catalan chefs, the entire enterprise is managed by Carla Heredero who comments: “Our desire is to deliver a memorable experience. To win on track of course also to make our guests feel welcome and part of the BbKRT experience by taking a little bit of Catalonia to each European race”.
For the 2025 season, the BbKRT guests experience is being enhanced to offer a more exclusive and personalized service. While maintaining the successful elements from previous years, the goal is to provide a higher level of care and a more intimate experience for fewer guests. Key improvements include:
- More Personal Care: Fewer guests will be welcomed, allowing for more focused attention and better service for each individual.
- Exclusive Drinks: Guests will enjoy a selection of moderate alcoholic beverages, such as Aperitivo, Beer, and Wine, for a more refined experience.
- Premium Service: The addition of an extra staff member will ensure that guests’ needs are met efficiently, enhancing the overall experience.
- Upgraded Hospitality Environment: The hospitality unit will be improved, providing a more comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Guest Experience Includes:
- Paddock Access: Exclusive access to the paddock area, allowing guests to be closer to the action.
- BbKRT Hospitality: Access to the hospitality area for snacks, coffee, drinks, and lunch, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
- Meet & Greet with Riders: An opportunity to interact with the riders, creating a memorable experience.
- VIP Platform Access: Guests can watch races from the VIP platform inside the box (note: access may be limited during certain races with smaller garages).
- Guided Box Tour: A tour of the box, providing an insider look at the team’s operations.
- Parking: Dedicated parking for guests, making the event experience more convenient.
These changes aim to elevate the overall guest experience by combining exclusivity, comfort, and a unique personalised service.
