A complete WorldSSP rookie in 2025 but a rider with some real achievements behind him before then, Alcoba had an untimely successful first season with the Kawasaki WorldSSP Team in his first season.

Jeremy experienced both high and low points in 2025, but his two late season podium finishes - first at Estoril and then Jerez - proved to the team and rider alike that the most recent Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636 is a bike with truly competitive credentials in the Next Generation WorldSSP era.

Jeremy first came to real public presence in his native Spain, riding in the CEV Moto2 championship in 2016. He scored a podium and recorded a fastest race lap in year one, then placed fifth and fourth overall in the two subsequent seasons. In 2018 he took part in his first Moto3 races at full GP level.

In 2019 Alcoba was crowned the CEV Moto3 champion, having secured nine podiums, including three race wins. He was back in Moto3 for a while scoring points for the first time.

Jeremy was a full-time Moto3 rider in the 2020 and 2021, taking podium finishes in those years.

A move to the Moto2 championship beckoned in 2022, which was the first of three seasons in the main MotoGP paddock support class. The 23-year-old Barcelona resident turned his considerable talents towards production-derived racing in 2025,- and a first season in WorldSSP on what was a then-new entry - the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636. He two podiums were part of an overall championship points score that took him to eight place overall.

The 2026 WorldSSP season will arguably be an even tougher challenge than 2025 was, for any rider, not just those as podium-capable as Jeremy. There will be one more championship challenging manufacturer in 2026, making it eight producers with their Supersport offerings on the grid. Last year there were an already strong seven.

Alcoba starts his second WorldSSP season knowing that is he continues in the way he finished at the last two rounds, he should be fully in the podium mix each weekend. At 24, he is also still growing as a rider and a competitor.
